Our focused Audit visits takes place in a similar way and fashion to CQC, However, we also take a supportive role with the visits.

These can be offered as a one off, as recurring visits, spread across the year, looking at a few specific standards at a time until we have worked through all key standards with you (The Provider). With this type of service, we have identified that it encourages continuous improvement, ensures compliance is maintained and is popular amongst our Providers. Lastly these visits can be undertaken as and when required as well.

The Mock inspections are thorough and a bit more formal in that they are run just as an inspection and will give you (The Provider) a good picture of were your Service is at. You will be able to agree with us whether you would like the visit to be undertaken as an announced or as an unannounced visit. A Standard straight forward visit takes a full day however, depending on the size of your Care Home or Service and the complexity of your service, Inspections can take up to 2 days.

With all reports, we aim to turn these around in 10 working days with clear actions that you (The provider can work on) in preparation for your actual CQC Inspection or Local Authority Inspection.

We can support you with a pre-registration audit. Let as also assist you in registering with CQC along with supporting you with the documentation you require in the registration process. We will also aid and support you through the completion of the Application.

Interview Preparation

We will cover the relevant grounds / areas with you in preparation for your interview with CQC
